　　稍息，军体拳，格斗准备。弓步冲拳、穿喉弹踢、马步横打、内搏下勾、交错侧踹、外格横击、反击勾踢、转身别臂、虚步砍肋、弹裆顶肘、反弹侧击、弓步靠掌、上步砸肘、赴步撩裆、挡击绊腿、击腰锁喉!哈哈哈，军体拳练习，虽然打得乱七八糟，可是很开心啊。

　　很累，但很幸福，因为我又坚持过了一天。晚安，亲爱的自己……

　　第一次没有午休的军训，在不让脱外套和摘帽子的情况下，迎着热烈的阳光出发，有幸品尝到了何为汗流浃背，是真的在背上流啊!!!地震遗址，哎，着实好有危险感，似乎都要垮掉似的。门口站的军人好威风诶，不过，他们好辛苦啊，大热天的，穿那么多，还要一动不动，汗颜啊，以后不要随便叫苦了!

　　洗衣服了，不知能否干，不管了，湿的也只能继续穿了。给自己鼓鼓掌。晚安，亲爱的自己，加油……
