Second,we should have a healthy diet.In a healthy diet,there is a lot of fruit,vegetables,rice and bread.There is some fish and meat in our meals.We can also have some eggs and milk every week.We can only eat a little sweet food because its bad for our teeth.
Finally,we should follow the rules on the road.We must look for a zebra crossing first.Then we must look at the traffic lights and wait for the green man.If there isnt a zebra crossing,we can wait on the pavement and look out for the cars and bikes.We must first look left,then right and then left again.We mustnt run or play on the road because there are too many cars and bikes on the road.
