我的爸爸 My father
我最敬佩的人是我的爸爸，他是我的好榜样。他在河南有线上班，爸爸的眉毛不浓，下面长着一双智慧的小眼睛，还戴着一副棕色的'眼镜。
The person I admire most is my father. He is my good example. He works in Henan cable. His fathers eyebrows are not thick. He has a pair of small intelligent eyes and a pair of brown glasses.
爸爸每天都披星戴月的，他差不多每周都要出差，有时候还加班开会，所以我很少见到爸爸。我和爸爸只能视频通话或者发信息，爸爸下班最早也是十一点半了，因为公司改革，同事变少了，经常一个人干好几个人的活，每天不回来的晚才怪呢?
My father goes on business almost every week. Sometimes he works overtime for meetings, so I seldom see him. My father and I can only make video calls or send messages. My father left work at 11:30 at the earliest. Because of the reform of the company, there are fewer colleagues. We often work for several people by ourselves. Its strange that we dont come back late every day?
爸爸是个爱运动的人，有一次爸爸去跑马拉松还拿了一个奖牌回来。爸爸只要有空就会带我去跑步，打篮球，爸爸说：身体是革命的本钱，我们都要有一个健康的身体。
My father is a sportsman. Once my father went to a marathon and got a medal. Dad would take me to run and play basketball whenever he was free. Dad said, the body is the capital of revolution. We all need to have a healthy body.
这就是我的爸爸，一个工作辛苦又爱运动的爸爸。
This is my father. He works hard and loves sports.
