Warming up
Play different kinds of music. For example, pop music, dance music, rock music, classical music, jazz music, country music and so on . Listen to the music, trying to recognize what kind of music they are. 创设轻松和谐课堂气氛,让学生自然进入本节课主题。

Lead-in Tell the students to talk about the questions: Do you like music? What kind of music do you like?
Write the topic of this lesson on the blackboard. Take an active part in the discussion. 起导入话题作用,激发学生的兴趣。

Presentation 1. Show the students the dialogue pattern:
- What kind of weather do you like?
- I like sunny weather .
- Why?
- Because it’s warm. I like the weather which/that is warm.
2. ask the students to practice different topic: animal, movie, music, etc.

教学反思
1. 本节课主要体现了任务型教学原则,让学生在“学中用,用中学”。学生活动的设计贴近学生生活和经验,使学生在自然、真实的情境中体会语言,掌握语言,并得体地加以运用。学生通过完成Pairwork , Groupwork , Listening and speaking等特定的任务来获得并积累学习经验。在任务进行的过程,学生有充分的时间和空间展示自我。
2. 引导学生总结自己所体会的学习经验,以此来巩固知识并培养学生的学习策略。
3. 开展小组合作学习,并积极开展学习小组之间的竞争,前三名的小组被评为先进学习小组,从而激发学生的兴趣和参与热情,培养了小组成员之间的团结合作精神和竞争意识,提高了学生完成任务的质量。
小组合作学习中出现的一些问题是由于学生不善于合作,不知道怎样合作造成的。因此,在英语教学中教师要有意识地逐渐培养学生的合作学习能力。例如,培养学生学会如何表达自己的观点、学会倾听他人的意见、学会讨论问题、认识小组合作学习的重要性、建立团结互助的关系和增强小组成员的集体责任感等等。
